I drive a 2007 Ford Ranger. It's a basic, 4 banger, truck with a five speed, manual transmission.

It's my second Ranger, and I love it. It's a utilitarian vehicle that gets good gas mileage.

I got it for almost the price of a top-end Altima. See, Japan-made '03 was the end of the Gen. So, they were clearing them out fast to make way for the Tennessee made '04 ;)

First and foremost, I hope you have a decent job. I had a BMW, and it's a money trap. The parts are expensive as hell because they all have to be ordered, and being they all have to be ordered, it can take weeks to have your vehicle repaired.

I'd highly recommend staying away from BMW.

On a side note, I own a '97 Maxima GLE. It's loaded.
