Has anyone actually gotten a "secure credit card" from Capital one. I applied for one and they asked for a $300 security deposit. I have paid this with money orders and now they are claiming to of never got them and that they never been cashed. I sent out a money order on the 14th of April and by the 25th they had cashed it and applied it to my account. I last called today and this what I was told.
I sent another on April 25th and the last on the 29th of April. I sent the last one via express post. I was delivered the next day in the morning. When I talk to Capital one's CSR'S there complete idiots. They tell me you cant send express post to a PO box. I'm like well it said it was delivered so apparently I can..
Should I cancel my account with them and try someone else or wait it out ?? Can I even get my money back with Canada post on the money orders they claimed have been cashed ? I have the sender's copy still.
