Probably still better than Rogers.com, I remember watching my friend viewing her roaming usage in Canada on Cingular 2 years ago, that's alot more than you can do on Rogers

Yes it would be so hard for them to fix it, because then they would have to actually.. *gasp*.. spend money to improve something! and the idea of saving trees for a decent website isn't something that equals kaching! to them

As a former Sprint customer service rep, the Sprint website was terrible, we weren't given a slim down version for info on phones or anything, we had to actually go to sprint.com to view information on phones and devices
