do you guys do any physical activities like walking, jogging, hit the gym, rollerblade, cardio, treadmill.

anything to keep the old ticker ticking good?

personally i like inline skating, cardio kickboxing, skiing which i can't afford to do a lot of, and walk here and there.

My right hand man's the mouse while my left pumps the iron...(now that that's out of the way)

I want to be more active. I'll get into a couple week spurts of a regular workout routine...then a couple weeks slacking...repeat. During the "on" weeks, I'll do a half dozen exercises from the "Charles Atlas" workout (yes, the guy who advertised in the back of comics/mags) followed by some light jogging. I also "try" to watch what I eat...again, I'll be good on the "on" weeks, & stray on the "off" weeks.

My primary activity is inline skating which I do 5 days a week. When skating isn't practical, I run.

I'm recovering from an achilles tendon rupture, so no heavy exercise for me for a few months -

30 mins of eliptical training everyday. That's about it.

What is this, "physical activity", you speak of?

I don't get it.

I try to visit the gym every day for an hour or so, doesn't always happen.

I even signed up to a gym that is open 24/7/365 so I have less excuses.

I bought a treadmill this year for exactly that reason. I didn't realize how bad a shape I was in until I started using it. Four months later, and I'm doing a mile and a half a night, with every third night off. Fixing to bump that to 4-5 times a week. I haven't lost a lot of weight (about 5 lbs), but my waist seems to be shrinking and my clothes are a bit less tight.

I worked up a bit of a sweat taking batting practice in Wii Sports Baseball last night. Does that count?

You need to multitask when you post.

For instance, I'm posting from my blackberry right now while doing pile squats and talking to my friend on MSN.
